信托探索同业业务升级路径:SPV+同业资产管理   信托公司探索同业业务升级路径:“SPV+同业资产管理”   ⊙记者 郑龙 ○编辑 于勇   在进入“16万亿时代”之后,信托业的发展进入一个新阶段,单纯追求资产管理规模的高速增长显然已经不符合整个行业的发展实情,信托业正在告别传统的发展模式,转而寻找新的业务增长模式。新年伊始,各家信托公司就开始思考今年及今后几年的转型和发展方向,而金融同业业务成为信托业探讨和研究的重点领域之一。   外贸信托在日前发布的《外贸信托研究院年度报告(2015)》中,将金融同业业务列为整个行业未来发展的四大方向之一。在这份研究报告中,外贸信托指出,伴随利率市场化深入推进,金融市场进入跨行业、跨领域协同发展的大资管时代,金融同业机构之间的合作深度与广度不断扩大,资产周转效率快速提升,创新业务空间与潜力巨大。   银信合作:“旧瓶装新酒”   提及信托金融同业业务,很多人第一时间想到的就是银信合作业务。作为信托业金融同业业务的重要内容,银信合作业务在过去多年以来带动了信托业的快速发展,不仅给信托业带来了规模的快速增长,也促进了信托公司培育人才、累积客户等多方面能力。可以说,在信托业从一个金融边缘行业成长为第二大金融子行业的过程中,银信合作业务功不可没。但由于银信合作“通道业务”的属性,其技术含量较低,在后续发展中遭遇了激烈的竞争,很多信托公司逐步放弃了传统的“通道业务”,转而探索银信合作的新模式。   由中国信托业协会牵头发布的《中国信托业发展报告2014-2015》指出,部分信托公司通过与银行进行资源共享及业务联动,优化合作机制并嵌入银行的发展体系,打造适合金融新常态下的资源整合平台。目前银信合作业务已经形成四个层次:代理收付、保管等交易结算层面的合作;项目推介和资金支持等交易安排层面的合作;银信理财合作业务;资源共享和创新联动等战略层面的合作。从传统的银信通道类业务逐步渗透到银行业务的各个条线,包括银信理财、银信同业、银信代销、托管清算等。通过深化与银行的多元化业务联动,不断拓宽自身的业务发展空间。在金融一体化和市场化的影响下,监管机构对信托参与简单银信合作的要求更加严格,鼓励和倡导银信理财合作深度加强,从而实现双方共赢的良好局面。   转型方向:“SPV+同业资产管理”   “信托公司在聚焦商业银行同业业务布局的同时,也应跳出传统银信合作的语境桎梏,转而将自身放置于大资管时代进程中,从聚焦单一银行资产向同业大类资产组合转变,依托自身资源禀赋与能力沉淀,探索金融同业市场广阔的发展空间。”外贸信托在前述研究报告中指出。   随着大资管时代的来临,资产管理的各个细分行业呈现出百花齐放的局面。信托的公司的金融同业业务无论是在资金端还是资产端都呈现多元化的趋势。从资金端来看,信托公司的同业客户已经由传统的商业银行拓展到非银行类金融机构,包括证券、基金、保险、租赁、P2P公司、财务公司等多种类型的机构都与信托公司开展了多阶梯、多层次、多模式的业务合作。而从资产端来看,同业资产从类型上主要可分为个人消费类资产、对公类资产以及资本市场资产,具体涵盖个人住房按揭贷款、信用卡资产、个人消费贷款、等多个类型。   在传统金融同业市场中,信托公司主要发挥特殊目的载体(SPV)功能,配合银行表外新增融资需求以及存量资产盘活需求,被动接受业务发起,在交易结构中处于弱势地位,低附加值的SPV模式使信托公司难以应对大资管时代的激烈竞争。“同业市场的快速发展需要信托公司重新审视自身定位,摆脱被动的通道角色,转而主动聚焦客户资金需求、挖掘各类资产特点,并基于不同需求特点及资产类型明确相应业务开展模式。在客户聚焦、资产聚焦、业务模式聚焦的良性循环中,加深对于同业资产、资金及金融工具的认识深度,进而提升资产管理能力,由单纯SPV的通道模式向SPV+同业资产管理模式转型升级。”外贸信托表示。   外贸信托指出,在明晰客户需求与资产特点的基础上,信托公司可通过自身资产管理能力,创设各类资管产品,实现同业市场资金端与资产端的有效对接,并在对接过程中以产品为载体,为金融同业机构提供个性化、定制化的资产管理服务,提升产品附加值,真正实现由单纯SPV向SPV+同业资产管理的转型升级。   《中国信托业发展报告2014-2015》则指出,为了适应越发激烈的同业竞争,信托公司一方面要打造专业化的信托业务团队,提升其承做业务的核心能力和承揽业务的营销、沟通能力,提升公司信誉在市场中的品牌效应;另一方面也要提供个性化的受托服务,通过为客户搭建一站式个人金融服务平台,提升高净值客户的黏合度。全面提高产品设计能力、“短平快”的运营能力以及对特定领域的分析与评判能力,对于信托公司扩大同业领域市场份额有着重要的意义。 进入【新浪财经股吧】讨论相关的主题文章:
